How do the product warranties function?

All products come with warranties that cover manufacturing defects with money-back guarantees for up to 12 years. Warranty does not cover machines or parts that break by misuse or accident. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. You should contact Mainlymixers.com promptly for warranty claims at so that you may be assisted properly. Products are warranted by their respective manufacturers to be free of defects for the period of time specified in each product's information. Our supplier, L'Equip LLC, is an authorized warranty center for our products. MainlyMixers.com will assist you in getting getting a prp return label and sending replacement parts or machines to you. You are responsible to promptly return the defective item or machine to receive proper warranty credit. 

What payment methods do your accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal as payment for orders from the US and Canada.  Pay Pal must be used for other international orders since our merchant account is unable to verify billing addresses in most other countries.  Please contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding payment.

How do I pay Sales Tax?

We are required to collect and pay the sales tax for all orders shipped to Idaho which is the state where our business is registered.  Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax, but are expected to pay sales tax for online purchases annually with their state income tax return using the portion of their tax form related to online sales.  

What about Custom's Charges?

Shipments through customs to Canada or other international destinations may be charged a custom's charge.  If a custom's charge is levied, the customer is notified, not the shipper.  Therefore, any customs charges, if any, become the customer's responsibility to pay.
