The picture shown is the Bosch Universal Plus base and bowl.  Here is the link to the bowl and its parts.  You can also get parts for your Bosch Universal Plus Base.    If your Bosch Universal is still under warranty it should be repaired as specified in Frequently Asked Questions on our website.  If your machine is out of warranty repairs can still be arranged through our wholesaler's repair department.  Only the most visible and easily replaced parts are shown here.  Replace broken or worn parts from the following parts list:
