Dehyration Made Simple by Mary Bell is an handbook to dehydration. It supports the L'Equip Dehydrator line that we carry. First published in 1981 by Magic Mill, a great company now out of business; but the developer of the dehydrator that was the predecessor of the L'Equip Dehydrator line.
Mary Bell was an avid gardner who was looking for an easy economical method of preserving surplus crops. She discovered dehydration with the electric food dryer. As dehydrated foods became a part of her family's diet her recipe collection grew.
