The L'Equip FilterPro Dehydrator Model 918 uses clean filtered air to dry your food. Like the the older L'Equip Dehydrator model 528 it can stack up to 20 trays (6 come standard, additional sold in pairs) and provides over 24 sq. feet of drying space for effective drying. The trays are interchangable with the Model 528. It dries foods uniformly and consistently with solid state variable temperature control for precise results. A micro-processor controlled heat sensor stabilizes the drying environment. It is easy to clean and use and is an excellent method for natural preservation of food.
