The Bamix Processor Attachment with fixed blade attaches to your Bamix Immersion Blender to process both wet and dry ingredients.  This unique attachment grinds all types of dry and wet foods - dried vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate and more.  The Bamix Processor easily grinds sugar into confectioner sugar, dried bread into breadcrumbs and peanuts into peanut butter. This handy Bamix Processor attachment also minces small quantities of garlic, onion, coconut, horseradish and herbs, as well as small quantities of meat, fish and boiled eggs.  It is well suited to mince and puree foods to make baby food or spreads.  The Bamix Processor Attachment is compatible with any Bamix Immersion Blender.

WARNING: Always unplug the Immersion Blender before exchanging, cleaning or touching the blade.
