SAF Red Label Instant yeast is recommended and used by baking experts. SAF Instant Yeast is concentrated so you use 50 percent less than with active dry yeast. SAF Intstant Yeast is sealed in an airtight package that stores unopened for up to 12 months at room temperature and up to 3 years in the freezer.
This is not active dry yeast. SAF instant yeast does not need to be dissolved in water before adding to dough. Vacuum packed for freshness. Stores well while sealed. Each package contains 1 pound yeast. Refridgerate or freeze after opening each package. A case contains 20 packages.
