Although a small item, the aluminum trivet may be the difference between good cooking and great cooking with you BRK System. The trivet is designed to fit in the bottom of you cooking pot. It serves many purposes. By raising foods off the bottom of the cooker you can minimize the chance of scorching foods. Don't limit it just for meats, use racks in soups, beans and stews as well.
