The  L'Equip Bowl Scraper is an innovative tool that fits on the center post of both of the Bosch Universal or Bosch Universal Plus Mixing Bowl.  It is designed to clean food product off both the sides of the bowl and the center post with a spatula-like action during operation.  In particular it's two spatulas cleans the bowl while mixing batters, cake or pastry doughs or syrupy products.  The L'Equip bowl scraper is used in conjunction with the wire whips, batter whisks or cookie paddles.  It precludes the need to insert a spatula by hand and risk catching it in the moving parts. 

Proper bread making with the dough hook results in a self-cleaning action that makes the the use of the bowl scraper unnecessary.
