NOTE: You may bend or break your wire whips or whisks if you use them to whip solid butter, stiff dough, partially cooked potatoes, or anything with this type of consistency. The Bosch motor is so strong the whip or whisk wires bend if the resistance is too strong. The Universal Cookie Paddles are designed for this.
TIP: Lubricate the plastic gears on the wire whips with shortening with each use to avoid overheating of the plastic when mixing for extended times.

As of Feb 12, 2021 Bosch Universal Plus is out of stock in our inventory until mid-March 2021. To reserve your place as a backorder in our next shipment you may leave an order on our website. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. To this point we have been able to fill all orders on restocking days and usually have an inventory that last on several weeks. These delays are caused by manufacturing and shipping delays related to COVID-19 in Slovenia where the Bosch is assembled. We have most other accessories and items in stock or available. If you wish to cancel an order sitting on backorder you are welcome to do so at anytime for a full refimd before shipping.
