Bosch Universal Stainless Steel Bowl

The stainless bowl was for the older style Universal Kitchen Machine and includes dough hook, splash ring and cover. The dough hook attaches into the bottom of the bowl.  This is a unique design.  The bowl is used only in conjunction with bread making or other operations using the dough hook.  Capacity for dough is 14 pounds, ideal for processing large quantities of stiff dough.  Since it does not have a center column, it can not utilize the drivers, cookie paddles, wire whips or whisks.
High quality Stainless Steel means: Durable, hygienic, no taste transfer and easy care.
Now fits older Universal mixers, the new Universal Plus Kitchen Machine, and the Nutrimill Artiste Kitchen Machine.

Bushing gasket for inside stainless steel bowl under dough hook attachment bushing.
Drive gasket for underneath stainless steel bowl under drive pin.
IF YOUR BOWL BEGINS TO LEAK BOTH GASKETS NEED TO BE REPLACED!
