- Cake Paddles are designed with fewer tines than standard wire whips, allowing you to throughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air.
- Ideal for quick bread recipes, such as muffins and pancakes, which can become tough and chewy if over mixed.
- Cake Paddles work well for pourable mixtures, such as cakes, frostings, muffins and quick bread (non-yeasted breads).
- Must be used with the Metal Whip Driver.
- Cake Paddles are dishwasher safe. The metal driver is hand-wash only. It can discolor from chemicals commonly found in dishwasher detergents.
- To further reduce mixing time, add the Bowl Scraper attachment (sold separately).
- Manufacturer warranties this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for 1 year.
