The Bosch Universal Plus with Large Slicer/Shredder cuts produce, cheese, etc., directly into the Bosch mixing bowl. This new design fits all bowls with a center column allowing use of multiples speeds and the strength of the Bosch motor. Comes with 3 disks: Shredding Blade (reversible coarse and fine), Grating Blade (Fine grating}, and Slicing Blade (reversible thick and thin).
Accessory blades available:
French fry (*DISCONTINUED*)
Asia or Julienne Disc (for long shreds of vegetables)
Rasping/Coarse Grating (for snowing ice)
Capacity: 6.5 quarts (26 cups)
