The most recently produced Bosch Universal Plus Food Processor fits both the Universal Plus and older Universal Machines.  The Bosch Universal Plus Food Processor is a great accessory for making salsa, soups, and recipe mixtures.  It fits on the high speed drive and chops and emulsifies.  Although similar in design to the Bosch Slicer/Shredder, the operations are completely different because of the speed factor.  The Food Processor is fast and reliable.  Most parts and disks on the food processor are interchangeable between the Universal Plus, Universal, Concept and Compact models.

This accessory has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing.

Also included are 3 cutting disks used at the top of the bowl: Slicing (reversible thick and thin), Shredding and Grating (reversible coarse and fine), Potato grating. 

For Chopping herbs, spices, fruit, nuts, chocolate, meats and vegetables.
Excellent machine for making salsa. Will slice, shred or grate harder cheeses,
not recommended for softer cheeses. Mixes light dishes and blends drinks.

Capacity 5 cups.

Safety mechanism: Operation is only possible with the lid locked in place.
