NOTE: You may bend or break your wire whips or whisks if you use them to whip solid butter, stiff dough, partially cooked potatoes, or anything with this type of consistency. The Bosch motor is so strong the whip wires bend if the resistance is too strong. The Universal Cookie Paddles are designed for this.
TIP: Lubricate the plastic gears on the wire whisks with shortening with each use to avoid overheating of the plastic when mixing for extended times.
