Bosch Food and Meat Grinder (for older Universal models)

Allows you to grind and mince fresh meats, stuffings, and virtually all foods into any desired consistency. Minces raw and cooked meat, chicken, fish, vegetables and cheese.

The disk that comes standard has 4.5 mm holes. Two expansion disk sets are available, the 2 & 6 mm disk set and the 3 & 8 mm disk set.

This grinder is also the basic attachment for several other optional accessories:
Berry Press (Juicer)
Grater (for nuts and hard cheeses)
Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffer
Polycarbonate Sausage Stuffer
Cookie and Pastry Press
Noodle Attachment

Use of the Concept Adapter is required to use this grinder with the Concept series mixers. Use of the Concept Angled Adapter is required for the Built-In Concept Model.

Made of high-quality lightweight metal. This has a short leg for use with the older Universal 700 watt kitchen machines.

If you have a Universal Plus Mixer you will want the Food and Meat Grinder (for Universal Plus) with a longer leg.
