Shipping Policy
Products can be shipped to almost any destination in the world, subject to our approval. Our free shipping and discounted shipping policy applies only to orders from the United States of America or Canada.
Shipping is FREE on all orders totaling over $100 to all US Destinations including Alaska and Hawaii. All US orders which total less than $100 will have a handling fee of $5.00 plus 10% of the retail cost of the product order.
CANADA Destinations will have a flat rate shipping rate that is reduced below actual cost, partially compensating us for the additional shipping fees of shipping to Canada/Hawaii/Alaska. If by chance, actual shipping is higher than billed shipping by $10 or more, we will refund the difference. In nearly every case, we will be paying part of your shipping cost. Shipping will be FREE for Canadian orders over $500. We ship US Postal Service International Priority Mail on all shipments to Canada.

Other international destinations may be accepted for orders. Orders must be paid for using PayPal. Actual shipping charges will be determined. The best shipping method and costs will be determined and sent to the customer by PayPal invoice and/or e-mail with return response required before shipping. When all paypal invoices have been paid, product will be shipped as determined by invoice amount.
Shipments through customs for Canada or other international destination may be charged a customs charge. If a customs charge is levied, the customer is notified, not the shipper. Therefore, any customs charges, if any, become the customers responsibility to pay.
Order fulfillment normally occurs within 3 business days and most items will be shipped from Utah or Idaho. UPS ground service is our usual shipping service for heavier orders and US Priority Mail for small orders; other shipping service may be requested at the time the order is placed. Request must be sent through the "Contact Us" procedure at the time the order is placed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail.
Return Policy
Authorization for returns can be requested at support@mixersbybosch.com or by calling R&K TEAM LLC at (208)684-5537. Shipping address and instructions will be given upon authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Of course there would be no restocking fees and shipping costs covered if it was our error that we shipped the wrong item. Authorized returns will be inspected before acceptance and credit is issued. Any product returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be factory fresh, packed in original cartons, free of added markings, and must be shipped prepaid unless other arrangements are made. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Damaged Goods Policy
Transit Losses: Title to the merchandise passes to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible to follow up on loss or damage in transit. You should thoroughly inspect each shipment as soon as it is received. Be sure your carrier makes an "exception" note of all visible damage or shortages. UPS may require claims to be filed by the shipper. In that case contact MainlyMixers.com to initiate that process.
Backorder Policy
You will be promptly notified after order placement if a product is on back order at our supplier. As product becomes available, back ordered items will be shipped automatically. If you want a back order cancelled, you may contact us and the order will be canceled if shipment has not already occurred. Method of payment will then be credited the appropriate amount of any back order that is canceled before shipment.
