Our kitchen products can be shipped to almost any destination in the world, subject to our approval. Our free shipping and discounted shipping policy applies only to orders from the United States of America or Canada. Food products are limited to shipping only within the USA.
Shipping is FREE on all orders totaling over $200 to destinations in the 48 contiguous states with a distance surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to the latter destinations are somewhat more expensive and shipping options are sometimes limited depending on specific destination. Other US protectorates or territories are considered International Shipments.

For CANADA we use a shipping rate that is estimated below actual shipping cost, partially compensating us for the additional shipping fees of shipping to Canada. We have found that we can ship light weight (under 1 lb) items, such as gaskets or coupling, by first class mail for less. These items require some handling charges, but if postal charges plus a $10 handling fee are less than what was charged the balance will be refunded upon notification of receipt of the shipment. In nearly every case on shipments of more than two lbs. to Canada, we pay a portion of your shipping cost. All larger or boxed items are shipped International Priority Mail to Canada.

Shipments through customs for Canada or other international destination may be charged a customs charge. If a customs charge is levied, the customer is notified, not the shipper. Therefore, any customs charges, if any, become the customers responsibility to pay.
Order fulfillment normally occurs within 3 business days and most items will be shipped from Utah or Idaho. Fedex ground service is our usual shipping service for heavier orders and US First Class mail for smaller shipments; other shipping service may be requested at the time the order is placed. Requests need to be sent through the "Contact Us" procedure at the time the order is placed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail.
Authorization for returns can be requested at customer service or by calling R&K TEAM LLC at (801)292-7369. Shipping address and instructions will be given upon authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Of course there would be no restocking fees and shipping costs covered if it was our error that we shipped the wrong item. Authorized returns will be inspected before acceptance and credit is issued. Any product returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be factory fresh, packed in original cartons, free of added markings, and must be shipped prepaid unless other arrangements are made. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Damaged Goods Policy
Transit Losses: Title to the merchandise passes to the purchaser on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible to follow up on loss or damage in transit. You should thoroughly inspect each shipment as soon as it is received. Be sure your carrier makes an "exception" note of all visible damage or shortages. UPS may require claims to be filed by the shipper. In that case customer service to initiate that process.
You will be promptly notified after order placement if a product is on back order at our supplier. As product becomes available, back ordered items will be shipped automatically. If you want a back order cancelled, you may contact us and the order will be canceled if shipment has not already occurred. Method of payment will then be credited the appropriate amount of any back order that is canceled before shipment.
As of Feb 12, 2021 Bosch Universal Plus is out of stock in our inventory until mid-March 2021. To reserve your place as a backorder in our next shipment you may leave an order on our website. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. To this point we have been able to fill all orders on restocking days and usually have an inventory that last on several weeks. These delays are caused by manufacturing and shipping delays related to COVID-19 in Slovenia where the Bosch is assembled. We have most other accessories and items in stock or available. If you wish to cancel an order sitting on backorder you are welcome to do so at anytime for a full refimd before shipping.
