The Bosch Universal Plus features an improved design and the most powerful motor in its class- 800 Watts. The new modern unique design enhances durability and ease of cleaning and use. The redesigned 6.5 quart (or 6.2 liter) mixing bowl will handle up to 15 lbs of dough. Its new ergonomic design facilitates easy handling with a rim at the top of the bowl.
The Bosch Kitchen machine comes with all of the following::

Fourth Quarter Special (Oct 1- Dec 31, 2011) will include a NEW Bosch Universal Bowl Scraper (available and shipping mid-October). Also included in special is choice of free Bosch Universal Batter Whisks or a free Bosch Sensible Cooking Cookbook. Due to Bosch production issues, batter whisk production is delayed until January 2012. Because this effects the 4th Quarter special, with your order you will be receiving a post card to mail back to the wholesaler. The postcard will give you the option of selecting the batter whisks OR the cookbook "Sensible Cooking". The cookbooks will be mailed by the wholesaler immediately upon receipt of the post card, but will be delayed until end of January 2012 for shipping of the batter whisks.
Other accessories or attachments must be ordered separately. The other universal accessories also increase your use of this machine.
If you happen to be upgrading from an older Universal Machine, have some of the tools and attachments that come with this package, or wish to do without some of them, please contact us and we will restructure your purchase.

TIPs: The Bowl must be locked in and blender cover in place for motor to operate. Lubricate the plastic gears on the wire whips, whisks, or cookie paddles with shortening with each use to avoid overheating of the plastic when mixing for extended times.
