The L'Equip VitalMill is a very reliable grain mill. The flour it produces is perfect for whole grain breads. It is less expensive than the L'Equip Nutrimill, It uses the same grinding heads, but lacks some of the features of the Nutrimill.
The Nutrimill is no longer being produced. We have two units left in our inventory. They have both been tested (having wheat put through them), but have been cleaned up and are in like-new condition.

Designed for the budget conscious customer who grinds flour from various grains, corn, and beans and doesn't desire a variable texture adjustment.
The Vitalmill can mill 12 cups of hard wheat or 8 cups of oats or other soft grains within the 20 cup capacity of the flour pan. Adding more grain without emptying will overfill the grain mill flour pan.
